I'm taking a stab at modernizing my old Wii Rock Band 2 game for Clone Hero.
It wasn't until I found the HTML files in the repo that I found which formats I could open. Load song and Batch convert didn't like the blk, mid, pan files that I had extracted from the hdr+ark files, and I didn't see any hints about what kinds of files it wanted.
I'm able to open the hdr file, which adds all 84 songs to the conversion queue. Unfortunately, song 10 keeps crashing Onyx (probably either Battery by Metallica or Bad Reputation by Joan Jett).
I'm using the Linux build. I see a button to clear all the songs, but no way that I can skip individual songs. There's no context menu. I've tried making folders and zips - both crash Onyx. I suppose I could next try converting to a different game format to see if that succeeds, and then converting those back to Clone Hero.
Thanks for making this tool! I hope to be able to back up all of my old tracks to play on more modern hardware.
