As a player I want to select my name (and maybe avatar) before joining one room

Acceptance criteria

On player joining, an overlay will appear with the player name, player avatar (maybe disabled) and room name.
Room name is prefilled from URL
NICE: the app remembers a user session, so if the player reloads it can use the same session (or maybe this could be a US by itself).
