add curl to standalone image to enable use of docker health check

Hi, congrats for the great work done with this lib and thanks for sharing it as OSS!

It would be great if you add curl (or other lib/script) to the standalone docker image enabling the container initialization coordination using docker depends_on and healthcheck functionalities.
