In v0.18~preview.130.26+1192, dune files (bin_prot at least ) mentions wat runtimes. We would probably need much less forks using such version.

I hope we'll be able to use officially released v0.18 without extra pinning and janestreet opam-repo.
We should make sure that all necessary changes have been up-streamed already.

We currently can't run the benchmarks with OCaml 5.3. see https://bench.ci.dev/_pipeline/job/2025-06-16/100608-ocluster-build-27a71f
