Description of issue

I've been using netpbm for a long time, off-and-on probably since the early 90s. I have it installed on my Mac via Homebrew. There are man pages online, but nothing I can see in either netpbm itself or in a separate package of man pages.

It's not a terrible pain, just annoying, that I can't execute something like man pnmcut to get a quick refresher on the command line options for that tool. -h doesn't do in netpbm like in many other Unix-y commands.

I've never generated a Homebrew package. Would it be beyond the realm of possibility to generate a netpbm-doc package? Is there a tutorial somewhere? (Or at least a glossary. "tap", "formula", "cellar" don't trigger obvious meanings to me.)

Fixed in Homebrew/homebrew-core#208240. brew update, then brew reinstall netpbm.
