Runner for non-java based language

Are there implementation for test runner in other languages available ?

If no, would you be interested in me doing a python runner, and a typescript oriented one ?

I'm trying to find unified test reports tools to improve QA setups, and most of the standards reporters i found in those tools are either really heavy, or just too different, or sometimes just not detailed enough.
