Thank you for developing such powerful tool!
I am curious whether the satellite_DNA predicted by EDTA is the potential monomer of centromere?

It may contain the centromeric repeat but not guraranteed since EDTA does not have a dedicated component to handle this. You may check the enrichement distribution alongside chromosomes and see if there are peaks for satellite repeats.
