Ticket: #11235
Implemented in #11256

Creating spaces with a given ID should be allowed. The Id should be passed to reva.

Test scenario:
TO BE SPECIFIED

Test scenario to be modified using the uuid - tests/acceptance/features/apiSpaces/createSpace.feature
