My usual approach

e2e --project chrome -g 'Get disk out of import mode' --repeat-each 10

is not able to repro the flake locally, even if I run other stuff to try to churn CPU and slow my computer down.

Haven't seen this one since #2688, but let's watch it for another couple of days.
