Currently, the Paketo site has Getting Started guides for Java, Node.js, and .NET. Ruby developers don't have a intro-level tutorial to follow.

@paketo-buildpacks/ruby-maintainers should add a Ruby getting started guide to https://paketo.io/docs/. It should follow the same format as the existing guides for other languages, with clear prerequisites, ordered steps, and example output.

There's some really useful feedback about the potential scope of the getting started guide over in #498
