why always preview directly

Why I have set the need to press and hold command to preview, but the title bar still previews directly (no need to press and hold comander)

While quick explorer is open, press the tab key to turn off auto-preview. It will then stay off until you restart Obsidian or reload the plugin. A future version of quick explorer will let you turn it off in settings, but right now there aren't any settings.
