Build failed with Error running '__rvm_make -j10', when i am trying to install ruby 3.3.0

I executed rvm install 3.3.0 on my macos m1 pro chip, getting below error

I tried different solution by installing openssl 1.1.0 and linking, but not able to resolve. Any help would be really helpfull
