Renovate appears unresponsive: no PRs, stale rebase checkboxes, dashboard issue not updating

Hi,

A few days ago, Renovate stopped responding as expected. Here's what's been happening:

• No new PRs are being opened.
• Rebase checkboxes on existing PRs remain stale and are not triggering any actions.
• The dashboard issue is not being updated or triggered when checkboxes are checked.

I checked the Mend logs and noticed that actions appear to be failing, but I couldn’t find any clear errors in the logs to indicate what’s going wrong.

Could you help identify what might be causing this behavior?
