Question: Cause of navbar/logo blinking?

hi, my company has a seyren instance page and when I looked at it, it has a slow blinking icon, similar to many smoke detectors. It is extremely hard to look at , painful for me, and I want to leave the page asap.

So I'm curious where in code is that set and would you consider a PR to add it as a setting or modify? (not that necessarily I would submit one, but gauging interest)
