How to get Chainlink’s reference price feed in real-time with millisecond resolution?

From a community node perspective, I’d like to obtain Chainlink’s reference price feed (the time series official node use to determine if onchain answer deviates sufficiently to warrant a update tx) in real-time with millisecond resolution. I’m open to modifying my node—how can this be achieved?
