Test the new Task UI/UX with existing 2.7.x DB footprint

The goal here is to make sure that any existing DB footprint (previously used database) continues to work just fine when upgrading to 3.1.x UI.

Issues Identfied:

• dataflow-server-use-user-access-token is not available as an option on the builder tab #1668 - dataflow-server-use-user-access-token is not available as an option on the builder tab
• When launching a composed task where the CTR is a docker image, CTR's properties don't show up. spring-cloud-dataflow#4405 - When launching a composed task where the CTR is a docker image, CTR's properties don't show up.
• When launching a composed task in 2.8 that was created in 2.7.1, it does work. However, app properties (for example app.ctr0301a.1.timestamp.format=YYYYDD) from the 2.7. 1 do not show up in the builder as documented. i.e. they show up as a composed task runner property composed-task-properties =app.ctr0301a-1.app.timestamp.timestamp.format=YYYYDD. This appears to be a bit confusing. We may need a story to update docs. Regular task launches look as expected in the builder.
• Launching Tasks from Builder does not grey out screen #1680 Task Launch page does not grey out on launch.
