That doesn't look like the same problem to me. #7360 was occurring during service loading when using bean validation. I can't see any sign of either in your stacktrace.

Your problem could be due to missing directory entries in your integration-apigw-4.12.1-SNAPSHOT.jar file or something else entirely. It's impossible to tell from a screenshot of a stacktrace alone. If you would like us to spend some more time investigating, please spend some time providing a complete yet minimal sample that reproduces the problem. You can share it with us by pushing it to a separate repository on GitHub or by zipping it up and attaching it to this issue.
