Version: 4.27.0.RELEASE
Build Id: 202411281622
Revision: a0cb489

Neither Command + Shift + F nor Source/Format do not format the pom.xml file.

To Reproduce

Open pom.xml and press command + shift + F and one does nothing.

The bug relates to #1010
