We need UX/UI improvement of the info modal that is displayed on the Send funds screen.

  1. Wording update. Remove reference to non existent tipping guide. See screenshots below.

  2. Design update: Content should not be left aligned but centered. Currently the modal is 100% of the screen and it should be unified with other info modals. See design below.
