What is the proper way to set dirty_decay_ms

Having a hard time figuring out how to set dirty_decay_ms and muzzy_decay_ms in tikv-jemallocator is it possible?

You can set it via environment variables or configuration as https://github.com/jemalloc/jemalloc/wiki/getting-started says.

Or you can use raw API tikv_jemalloc_ctl::raw::write.

opt.muzzy_decay_ms and opt.dirty_decay_ms are declared as r- aka read only thus raw::write cannot modify them

However, it seems tikv-jemalloc-sys allows them to be preconfigured via JEMALLOC_SYS_WITH_MALLOC_CONF=dirty_decay_ms:30000 env variable is annoying having to define a env variable at compile time but at least it works

Know any other way that's more convenient for distributed binaries, with a pre-packaged jemalloc included?
