5.2.1 setup in Arkham

Description

As a part of testing VCF 5.x to 9.0 upgrade first step is to deploy Patch2 on Aria Lifecycle. Patch2 will remove integration of Aria Components with SDDC Manager and then if deployment of IOM (or other VVS which use vIDM) is started will fail as part of pre-check is to validate does vIDM is part of SDDC Manager.

Expected Behavior

Validation of viDM presence in SDDC Manager post patch2 should be skipped.

Actual Behavior

Failing on validation of presence of vIDM in SDDC Manager.

Steps to Reproduce

On existing Aria Lifecycle 8.18 deploy Patch2 and then all integrated products in SDDC Manager will be removed, and deployment new product depending on vIDM or other product will fail.
