[Bug]: s3 api error PermanentRedirect acessing s3 bucket

Current Behavior

Whenever I try to look at a s3 bucket I get this error:

Error: operation error S3: ListObjectsV2, https response error StatusCode: 301, RequestID: xxx, HostID: xxx, api error PermanentRedirect: The bucket you are attempting to access must be addressed using the specified endpoint. Please send all future requests to this endpoint.

Suspect it might be because the aws region supplied is wrong, but I can't see anyway of changing the region that waveterm uses.

Expected Behavior

No error.

Access any s3 bucket.
