Swift Playgrounds in Neovim

is it possible to work with playgrounds in Neovim? I've been thinking about it and looked around a bit but didn't find much. I also found this plugin for VSCode which did a bit of what you can do in playgrounds within Xcode. was wondering how plausible it is to make a plugin for it.

When I think about it, technically, it is probably something like just swift repl run line by line and printing the output. But I'm not sure if it makes sense to add something like that. For example, Snacks has something called "scratch", maybe it would be possible to run swift code and print the output.
