[IS 7.0.0] Console does not honour the configured idle session time out

Description

Even when idle session time out is configured to a considerably long time (ex: 24 hours), user gets logged out when click on the 'Go back' button on the banner displayed on the console app, after being idle for 15 minutes. This is occur only when thee is a slowness.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Access the console app and configure the idle session time out as '1500'.
2.Set the browser throttling to a mimic network slowness.
2.Stay idle for 15 minutes.
3.Access the Console app and immediately click on the 'go back' buttoner on the displayed banner.
4.User will be logged out.
