Describe the bug

Sanitycheck when running on devices is not counting samples in the final report.

To Reproduce

sanitycheck --device-testing --device-serial /dev/ttyACM0 -p frdm_k64f --detailed-report frdm_k64f.xml

Expected behavior

Results from sample tests should be in the final report

Impact

Incomplete test data

Additional context

Many samples still have generic identifiers making identifying them in the test report very difficult.
