Running shell_module sample on Litex_VexRiscv using Renode not working

Describe the bug

Hi, I was following this tutorial on running Zephyr.elf on Renode. Zephyr.elf was built successfully with no error and no modifications. However, the UART console is not showing on the other window when starting emulation. Any help is much appreciated.

The screenshot below shows the warnings that appear on the terminal.
