When having multiple monitors and you enable strict mode only the main monitor is restricted, the other ones can still be used.
It happens on Windows 10, I haven't tested on GNU/Linux

Same issue on GNU/Linux with multiple monitors, tested it on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, enabled strict mode but only the main monitor is being restricted
