Question on AMD & NVidia GPU image generation - Considering AMD GPU

Hi,
I was thinking of getting an AMD GPU but I am having second thoughts. Currently, I using CPU for number generator and I have an NVidia GPU. If I upgrade to an AMD GPU, will I be able to create the exact same images provided I have the same seed or not? Basically do I have to have the same graphic card brand. Same question about for image generation using CPU, can I create the same image?

If anyone has different GPU makes or knows the answer, please share you knowledge.

Go to Settings > Stable Diffusion and set Random number generator source to NV.

This should allow you to recreate images from nvidia cards on other hardware.

Current I used CPU for number generator

In that case, the video card used shouldn't make a difference.
