This PR introduces support for Kotlin, better slash commands (both in code and core) which uses Nexus as its framework and removes significant features such as custom formatting (which might be implemented in the future), and trending notifications.
The PR also removes in-memory caching for data stored in the database because the database is already supremely fast enough to handle tasks that we need. In addition, we remove full support for message commands in favor of the new slash commands which are better to write compared.
