This PR modifies the analytic webtool to enable quadplane users to load data and tune using this tool. The main changes deal with managing the Q_ parameters.
Could use help making this code more efficient and viewable as I had to repeat the groups in the index file to allow the tool to be used for both multirotor and quadplane
