Aggiungere i servizi in TrackedPoint service e nella repo corrispondente ricavabili dalle store procedure di postgres.

Si scarta la possibilità di utilizzare le stored procedure per il collegamento tra il servizio di API ed il db in quando spring-data non permette di ottenere un result set ne da una procedure che da una function. Per maggiori informazioni consultare #DATAJPA-1092 discussione.
