Fight Hand Sign emoji

Wechat/QQ #359 have a Fight hand sign for ASCII #293 @) that has no good equivalent among existing Unicode emojis. It shows a clenched fist (:fist_oncoming:, :fist_raised:, :fist_left:, :fist_right:) pressed against the open palm (:hand:, :raised_hand_with_fingers_splayed:) of the other hand and could possibly be encoded as a ZWJ sequence of two single hand emojis.
