For example, bind ctrl+x quit will make Ctrl + X perform quit.

  • Ports CTRL/ALT/SHIFT keybind modifiers from NewJK
    (NewJK commit:
    c6235e1)

  • NewJK builds on EternalJK behavior of only using RALT/RSHIFT/RCTRL bindings if they exist, otherwise falls back to default bindings
    (EternalJK commit:
    8375991)
