Description
It would be great to generalize SizedArray to allow for a mixture of static and dynamic dimensions. We might be kind of close, given the recent changes to axes and SOneTo.
I'm opening this issue mainly so I can point to #553 — even though we want a more general implementation it generated some good discussion.
