noresm3_0_alpha05: ERS test fails at COMPARE_base_rest for NOINY with T62_tn21 grid

The restart test ERS fails for NOINY with T62_tn21 grid at the COMPARE_base_rest stage, where output from the base run is compared with output after restart. Equivalent tests with T62_tn14 grid pass this test, so the fail seems to be specific to tn21.

It seems the error appears first in the msfld variable:
