when testing Page Chronica (Demo) I encountered some graphical issues when playing the FMV.

The Page Chronica game seems to have regressed on nivida dating back to #9613 and cause the FMV to flicker purple and have white artefacts.

seems to only be visible with screen capture as rsx capture and recording feature does not show the issue happening.

@kd-11 This seems to be fixed with #14907 when WCB+RCB are enabled. You can close the issue if this fix is sufficient.
