Some third-party libraries use licenses that require attribution in all copies of the software.

In source form, this isn't a problem, since the licenses are bundled with their respective source code. However, in binary form, all comments are lost and the licenses and acknowledgmeents are gone.

This PR adds a new CLI argument, namingly --acknowledgements, that allows the user to list all third-party libraries, as well as their licenses.
