Create scripts for the calculation of the indicator and add sample data:

• SPSS [Task]: FCS Sources - Check consistency with Survey Designer - SPSS #10
• R [Task]: Food consumption sources - R #8
• Stata [Task]: Food consumption sources - Stata #9

@ValerioGiuffrida note that I corrected the syntax for food sources and @hatemgkotb already kindly approved the pull. Now we just need to replicate it in Stata and R and @nicolefindstar is well aware.
