Pin the terminal to the bottom of explorer.
Sync path with explorer's address bar.
If you dont need the path synchronizing, you can use https://github.com/jhasse/smart_cmd.

tie unregister
Right click at your explorer's blank area, select Terminal in Explorer and enjoy it.
