Extend Transaction Sender

• Add network selection (testnet, devnet, NFT-Devnet, sidechains)
• Replace "Initialize" with a way to select a sending address that lets you paste in a seed (or secret numbers!) if you want to use an existing address, or generate and use a new address (as it currently does)
• Provide a clearer or more specific path for the TrustSet needed from the destination to allow for a token payment to work
