Add disclaimers to old blogs #3114

Description

@mDuo13

We have mostly preserved old blog posts as-is, including when they use terminology that isn't consistent with how those terms are used today (like "Ripple Consensus Ledger"), but one thing we have done (such as in #3110) is to remove old, broken links or redirect old links to the nearest modern equivalent. This and other changes like updating the frontmatter to specify a new template causes the "Last updated" date for the blogs to change.

To make it clear that we aren't updating the blogs' content substantially, and that they don't necessarily represent our current position or language, it would be good to add a disclaimer, something like the following:

This post has been edited to remove dead links, but otherwise preserved in its original form. The terms and technology described in this post may not represent current usage.

The tricky part is figuring out which blogs to add the disclaimer to.
