Document distributed data models

Currently our manual and documentation does not inform about distributed data models. Please add documentation. Make sure that the following especially important points are covered:

• Brief description of what distributed data models (DDMs) are and what they are used for
• How to define them
• How to define the adapters
• Important: All data models associated with DDMs must be distributed models, too.
• Important: DDMs must have an internal identifier, i.e. the non-default one!
