Error installing apps with appex extensions

Installing any YouTube alt fails with an error similar to the following:

Failed to load Info.plist from bundle at path /private/var/ containers/Bundle/Application/7D2A23AD-80CD-41B3-AB39-68DF5A99098E/App.app/PlugIns/MessagesExtension.appex; Extra info about "/private/var/ containers/Bundle/Application/7D2A23AD-80CD-41B3-AB39-68DF5A99098E/App.app/PlugIns/MessagesExtension.appex/Info.plist": Couldn't stat /private/ var/containers/Bundle/Application/7D2A23AD-80CD-41B3-AB39-68DF5A99098E/App.app/PlugIns/MessagesExtension.appex/Info.plist: No such file or directory

Confirmed on 1.5.1 through 1.6b4.

The issue is even older (#1038), and I can reproduce it all the time on 1.6, but under different circumstances:

• The first installation usually goes through without an issue.
• The second time, when you try to update the app (or replace it with any version without deleting it), then this error pops up. If the app doesn't exist on the device, it works just fine.

The creator of this IPA has tried to mitigate this problem by removing references to this extension in the CodeResources file, but it ends up not working because the file is regenerated when the app is signed (more details at qnblackcat/uYouPlus#360 (comment)).

At present, Sideloadly manages to install/update the app without any issue. This issue is one of the few that keeps me from using AltStore, so I would love to see this fixed.
