[Feature] Dotted border for json maps

What problem does this feature solve?

Dotted/Dashed border for a region in a custom geojson map. Like in the USA geo map example. Is it possible to have Utah and Colorado border appear dashed.

For a world map with custom json can we have the borders of disputed regions like India-pakistan, Israel Gaza have a dashed/dotted border.

What does the proposed API look like?

It will be great if we can define the border type as solid or dashed based on a key for each item in the json.

You can change it via the the borderType property.

It's possible to specify area style in the GeoJSON file since v5.6.0. See #20564.
