Windows Support

From what I can tell, this library doesn't support targeting Windows. Is there a plan to add this?

Motivation:

We'd like to use this in our Windows applicatoin

Importance:

Our Mac application depends on this, so it's fairly important

Thanks for filing this and opening the PR. It's definitely the intention that this library supports Windows. We have a known issue on arm64 Windows that I haven't confirmed is still persisting, but was present in Swift 6.0. Otherwise, let me see if I can get things working with some Windows CI.

Ah, and in fact we do have Windows CI on PRs already, just not on main. Our Windows CI is currently building just fine: can you identify what is different between that and what you're trying to do? (Example: https://github.com/apple/swift-crypto/actions/runs/15899176778/job/44837883992)
