feat: change blip error sound

Just replaced mp3 file with less annoying/scary sound.
I'm not sure this is the best sound on whole world, but something less scary than original I think.

Can there be an option for the old error sound? I don't mean to be all like https://xkcd.com/1172/ but it is messing with my head as I practice - the new noise does not sound like an error to me.

(In the meantime I'm good, I will use a browser override to put the old sound back, however, there may be other users who feel this way about this change).

Edit: If anyone else is doing this - the URL to override, as of the current bundling (not sure if these are content hashes or not), is https://www.keybr.com/assets/ce9a4277738f9969.mp3 and the old file is https://github.com/behollder/keybr.com/blob/92baaa937ad17f50c9e5a5dc913762af82393735/packages/keybr-textinput-sounds/assets/blip.mp3.

Same here as the previous poster. I liked the annoying sound, because it was motivating me making less mistakes. Mild version of an electric shock :) I would really like an option to customize the error sound.

PS Thanks for the great software! Using it for learning CharaChorder.
