Provide documentation with typescript examples

The examples in the documentation should favor typescript to allow for easier consumption of the library's API.

I agree that both JS and TS should be supported.

This could be done with the TABS feature, where different variants of the documentation would be in different tabs.

It's been a while since you opened this issue (😅) and the website has changed a lot...
Currently, most of the examples are TS.

Did you refer to the in-doc snippets, or the designated examples section?
In any case, if you used it lately - your feedback would be appreciated!

@gilgardosh, actually, I have opted out from using the graphql-mesh on the current projects that I'm working on at the moment.

I won't mind you taking over this issue.
