XML Source Handler

I am right now attempting to add a REST endpoint that has an XML payload and returns a JSON response. It is also a POST request. I am unable to find any way to implement this after searching through the handlers.

Is there any way to implement this in mesh right now? 

I was unsure where to ask this on GitHub so I am using this. I will close this issue and move it if needed
