before i'm going any further
is this related to M1(ARM) chips

Reinstalling the x64 version of Node.js resolves this issues.

same here. but we have to use prisma. prisma migarate commant crash when I use x64 version of Node.js in M1. You will not release for arm64 versions?

Same on macOS with M2. We need to keep ARM so we had to get rid of this package, recommended when using google cloud storage :(
