rewrite tutorial on template creation to use AsyncAPI v3

@derberg yeah like firstly understandign the first tutorial

--Noting where it still uses AsyncAPI v2.x syntax or examples

--Comparing the v2 vs v3 Changes

--seeing deprecated fields that need removal.

--then rewriting the sample AsyncAPI document using v3 syntax.

• AsyncAPI parser might have changed for v3

• Looking into how the parser is used in the generator templates:

1. Check @asyncapi/parser for any new API methods or changes.
2. Ensure the tutorial uses these new methods correctly.
3. For example: replacing .allChannels() with .channels() etc., if such changes exist.

but u know after some talks in this current meeting i can see that we as a whole team need more time for this issue as the changes are still currently running and this will take time to fully update the documentations and parser API

but i can still work on it as major of the changes are done very much
